More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators
Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the images.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
